My Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) at Boise State University helped me develop several competencies based on the following OPWL Program Learning Goals:


Rigorous

  • Conduct the performance improvement process in a way that is systematic

  • Align performance improvement solutions with strategic organizational goals
